Zusammen mit vielen anderen T\u00e4lern bildet es die Lessini-Kette, ein h\u00fcgeliges Gebiet mit der charakteristischen F\u00e4cherform, das die Stadt im Norden umschlie\u00dft.<br \/>\nDer Betrieb liegt in der Mitte des Tals in einer flachen Zone direkt an den H\u00fcgeln. Diese Lage ist extrem sonnig und seit jeher f\u00fcr die Wein- und Oliven\u00f6lproduktion pr\u00e4destiniert.<br \/>\nJahrelang wurde dieses Land rein auf Ertragsmaximierung der Reben bewirtschaftet.<br \/>\nDas Unternehmen hat seine Vision weiterentwickelt und die Selektion sowie die R\u00fcckgewinnung von Rebsorten neu qualifiziert. Entscheidend waren dabei der Verzicht auf Molinara und die gleichzeitige Wiederentdeckung autochthoner Rebsorten. Diese waren zun\u00e4chst in Vergessenheit geraten; heute ist ihre Frucht ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der gesamten Produktion.      <\/p>\n<p>Der Bau des Weinkellers begann 1990 zusammen mit der Restaurierung des Hauses, in dem das Unternehmen seinen Sitz hat.<br \/>\nDer gew\u00e4hlte Stil entspricht dem der <b>Herrenh\u00e4user des 19. Jahrhunderts.<\/b> Das Valpolicella ist reich an solchen Bauten und daf\u00fcr national bekannt.<br \/>\nDer Keller, das Herzst\u00fcck des Betriebs, steht bewusst f\u00fcr Solidit\u00e4t, Langlebigkeit sowie Respekt vor Geschichte und Tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Ernte 1983 stellten sich die ersten gro\u00dfen Erfolge ein: Seitdem wurden zweiundzwanzig Jahrg\u00e4nge Amarone della Valpolicella und f\u00fcnfundzwanzig Jahrg\u00e4nge Valpolicella DOC produziert.<\/p>\n<h2>Eigenschaften<\/h2>\n<p>Rebsorten: 60 % Corvina, 20 % Rondinella, 10 % Oseleta, 10 % Croatina.<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Auswahl der besten Trauben, bei der eine sorgf\u00e4ltige manuelle Selektion erfolgt, um alle weniger wertvollen Beeren zu entfernen, werden die Trauben in Kunststoffplateaus gelegt. Hier ruhen sie drei Monate lang in gro\u00dfen, offenen R\u00e4umen, in denen ein innovatives Bel\u00fcftungssystem einen hohen und sehr fein verteilten Luftstrom gew\u00e4hrleistet. <\/p>\n<p>Die Trauben f\u00fcr den Amarone stammen ausschlie\u00dflich von Weinbergen, die ein Mindestalter von 10 Jahren erreicht haben.<\/p>\n<h2>Verkostungsnotizen<\/h2>\n<p>Komplexe aromatische Noten, die von Sauerkirschen \u00fcber Blaubeeren bis hin zu Schokolade reichen, k\u00fcndigen jenen prachtvollen Ausdruck reifer Fr\u00fcchte an, der mit eindringlicher Persistenz am Gaumen flie\u00dft. Das Finale schlie\u00dft mit sinnlichen Nuancen von Tr\u00fcffel, Tabak und neuem Leder. <\/p>\n<p>Es ist ein Wein mit noch unbekanntem Potenzial.
