MERENDASINOIRA Sap\u00e8l Nebbiolo<\/a><\/h1>\n

Merendasinoira entstand aus dem Wunsch dreier junger Freunde, ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr ihre Heimat mit ihren Kunden zu teilen.<\/p>\n

Drei junge Freunde, geboren im Herzen der Langhe, wuchsen mit den hausgemachten Tajarin-Nudeln und dem ebenfalls hausgemachten Rotwein ihrer Gro\u00dfmutter auf \u2013 jener Sorte, die nach zwei Gl\u00e4sern die Lippen tiefviolett f\u00e4rbt.<\/p>\n

Die Berufung unserer Gro\u00dfeltern zum Weinbau wurde uns so sehr vererbt, dass wir nach unserem Abschluss in Weinbau und \u00d6nologie diesen Weg zu unserem Beruf machten.<\/p>\n

Die Zeit, die wir inmitten unserer sanften H\u00fcgel verbrachten, die Arbeit in den Weinbergen im Rhythmus der Sonne, die intensiven Tage der Weinlese und die herzliche, famili\u00e4re Atmosph\u00e4re, haben eine unzerbrechliche Verbindung zwischen unseren Seelen und dem Land der Langhe geschaffen.<\/p>\n

So entstand die Idee, das Potenzial unserer Region zu f\u00f6rdern, im festen Glauben, unser Publikum begeistern und ihm kulinarische Erlebnisse bieten zu k\u00f6nnen, die die Tradition und das Erbe unserer Vorfahren respektieren.<\/p>\n

Wir m\u00f6chten die Geselligkeit vermitteln, die die Bewohner der Langhe seit jeher auszeichnet: einfache, authentische Menschen, die stets bereit sind, eine festliche Atmosph\u00e4re an einem reich gedeckten Tisch zu schaffen.<\/p>\n

Sap\u00e8l Langhe DOC Nebbiolo<\/h3>\n

Sap\u00e8l ist ein piemontesischer Dialektausdruck und bezeichnet den Eingang zum Weinberg, das zum Weingut geh\u00f6rende Grundst\u00fcck. Wir haben diesen Namen f\u00fcr unseren ersten Wein gew\u00e4hlt, weil er f\u00fcr uns den pers\u00f6nlichen Einstieg in die Welt des Weinbaus symbolisiert.<\/p>\n

Wir haben uns entschieden, einen Langhe Nebbiolo nach unserer Interpretation der Tradition zu keltern \u2013 einen Wein, der Kenner und Einsteiger gleicherma\u00dfen begeistern wird, niemals banal, aber dennoch unkompliziert und ein Begleiter f\u00fcr Ihre sch\u00f6nsten Tage.<\/p>\n

Alle Arbeiten im Weinberg werden von Hand ausgef\u00fchrt; Pflanzenschutzma\u00dfnahmen werden auf die Standards des \u00f6kologischen Landbaus umgestellt und auf ein Minimum beschr\u00e4nkt. Die Weinherstellung folgt der Tradition; der Most bleibt etwa f\u00fcnfzehn Tage auf den Schalen. Die Delestage-Technik wird angewendet, um die Freisetzung von Polyphenolen zu f\u00f6rdern und den Wein optimal mit Sauerstoff anzureichern.<\/p>\n

Der Wein reift etwa sechs Monate in gro\u00dfen Eichenf\u00e4ssern mit einem Fassungsverm\u00f6gen von 20 Hektar.<\/p>\n

Farbe: Strahlendes, helles Rubinrot mit eleganten orangen Reflexen.<\/p>\n

Aroma: Intensiv und frisch, harmonisch ausbalanciert mit Ankl\u00e4ngen von Unterholz, Gew\u00fcrzen und Holz, angenehm und einladend, mit Aromen reifer roter Fr\u00fcchte.<\/p>\n

Geschmack: Elegant und komplex, sehr ausgewogen, mit reifen, s\u00fc\u00dfen und runden Tanninen, die in einem langen, angenehmen und samtigen Abgang m\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n
