Das Weingut Trediberri<\/a><\/h2>\n

Berri<\/strong> ist ein kleiner Weiler im westlichsten Teil von La Morra, direkt am Fluss Tanaro und somit am \u00e4u\u00dfersten westlichen Rand des Barolo-Gebiets. Dort erwarben im Jahr 2007 Nicola<\/strong>, sein Vater Federico<\/strong> und ihr Freund Vladimiro<\/strong> 5 Hektar Land, die ausschlie\u00dflich der Barolo-Produktion gewidmet sind. So entstand das Weingut Trediberri<\/strong>, was \u201edie drei aus Berri\u201c bedeutet. Nicola Obero ist eine Naturgewalt: Jahrgang 1985, wirkt er wie ein erfahrener Winzer mit sehr klaren Vorstellungen, auch dank seines Vaters Federico, der jahrelang mit Renato Ratti und Massimo Martinelli zusammenarbeitete.
\nSeit 2011 auf dem Markt, bewirtschaften sie heute 8 Hektar Weinberge: Neben den 5 Hektar in der Lage Berri besitzen sie etwa 2 Hektar in den Lagen Rocche dell\u2019Annunziata<\/strong> und Torriglione<\/strong> \u2013 wo sie Barolo, Barbera und Sauvignon Blanc produzieren \u2013 und pachten etwa einen Hektar Nebbiolo f\u00fcr Barolo in der Lage Capalot<\/strong>, ebenfalls in La Morra. Der Weinbau ist sehr nachhaltig, obwohl man sich aufgrund der Beschr\u00e4nkungen beim Kupfereinsatz gegen eine Zertifizierung entschieden hat. <\/p>\n

Das Weingut zeichnet sich mittlerweile nicht nur durch Weine von seltener G\u00fcte aus, sondern auch durch einen unverwechselbaren Stil, der die Herkunftsweinberge und die faszinierendsten Eigenschaften von La Morra hervorhebt.
\nEin famili\u00e4res, handwerkliches und sehr junges Weingut, ohne Wappen mit aufb\u00e4umenden Pferden und wehenden Fahnen. Sie haben keine Geschichte, aber das ist gut so: durch ihre Weine von der Gegenwart zu sprechen. <\/p>\n

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC<\/h2>\n

Vinifikation<\/h3>\n

Vinifikation von Trauben, die gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus den Gemeinden La Morra und Levice sowie zu einem kleinen Teil aus den Gemeinden Vicoforte und Monticello d’Alba stammen. Die alkoholische G\u00e4rung erfolgt gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in Zement und teilweise in Edelstahl (je nach Jahrgang) und dauert etwa 10\u201312 Tage. Es folgen malolaktische G\u00e4rung in Zement oder Edelstahl und K\u00e4ltestabilisierung im Freien oder in thermoregulierten Edelstahltanks. Nach der Stabilisierung reift der Wein einige Monate in Zement, Edelstahl oder Glasfaser weiter, bevor er abgef\u00fcllt wird, \u00fcblicherweise zwischen April und Mai des auf die Lese folgenden Jahres. <\/p>\n

Verkostungsnotizen<\/h3>\n

Ein Rotwein, der nicht verbl\u00fcffen, sondern \u00fcberzeugen will, ohne gew\u00fcrzte H\u00f6lzer oder \u00fcbertriebene Extraktionen.<\/p>\n

Ein Nebbiolo zum geselligen Trinken, ohne sich allzu viele Fragen zu stellen. Frisch und ohne Holz, fruchtig, \u00e4u\u00dferst trinkfreudig, aber nicht banal. Fein und saftig.
