KELLEREI – CANTINA TERLANO<\/a><\/h2>\n

Im Jahre 1893 gegr\u00fcndet, z\u00e4hlt die Kellerei Terlan heute zu den f\u00fchrenden Winzergenossenschaften in S\u00fcdtirol. Ihr geh\u00f6ren aktuell 143 Mitglieder an, mit einer Anbaufl\u00e4che von 190 Hektar \u2013 dies entspricht einer abgef\u00fcllten Gesamtmenge von j\u00e4hrlich 1,5 Millionen Flaschen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mitgliedern verfolgen wir seit vielen Jahren einen strengen Qualit\u00e4tskurs, der uns Renommee und Anerkennung vom italienischen und internationalen Weinmarkt eingebracht hat. Die Kellerei Terlan ist somit trotz ihrer \u00fcberschaubaren Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu einer festen Institution in der Fachwelt avanciert.<\/p>\n

„Wei\u00dfburgunder geh\u00f6rt seit jeher zu den bedeutendsten Weinen unserer Kellerei und widerspiegelt ausdrucksstark das Terroir, auf dem die Trauben in Terlan heranreifen. Sortenrein ausgebaute, feingliedrige und vor allem mineralische Wei\u00dfburgunder geh\u00f6ren zu unseren Markenzeichen.“

Lese und Traubenselektion per Hand; sanfte Pressung und Kl\u00e4rung des Mostes durch nat\u00fcrliche Sedimentation von den Trubstoffen; langsame G\u00e4rung bei kontrollierter Temperatur im Edelstahlbeh\u00e4lter; Lagerung und Reife f\u00fcr 6 – 7 Monate auf der Feinhefe im Stahltank.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Jahrgang<\/h3>\n

Das Jahr 2022 begann mit einem sehr trockenen und milden Winter. Ein k\u00fchler Fr\u00fchling verz\u00f6gerte den Austrieb der Reben leicht. Durch einen sehr sonnigen und warmen Mai konnte der Wachstumsr\u00fcckstand bereits bis zur Bl\u00fcte wieder aufgeholt werden. In den fr\u00fchesten Lagen war die erste Bl\u00fcte Mitte Mai zu beobachten. Das sch\u00f6ne Wetter f\u00fchrte dann zu einem raschen Bl\u00fchverlauf. In den h\u00f6her gelegenen Weinbergen war die Rebbl\u00fcte schon Anfang Juni beendet.\u00a0Durch den rekordverd\u00e4chtig hei\u00dfen und trockenen Sommer gab es insgesamt wenig Probleme mit Pilzkrankheiten, wohl aber stie\u00dfen die Reben durch den Niederschlagsmangel teilweise an ihre Grenzen. Niederschl\u00e4ge und Hitzegewitter Ende Juli und Anfang August glichen diesen Wassermangel aus, wodurch Trocken- und damit verbundene Qualit\u00e4tssch\u00e4den vermieden wurden. Einer fr\u00fchen Lese konnte man damit recht entspannt entgegen sehen. Die Ernte begann in den fr\u00fchesten Lagen am 24. August. Vollreife und \u00e4u\u00dferst gesunde Trauben mit etwas tieferen S\u00e4urewerten waren das Ergebnis.<\/p>\n

Charakter<\/h3>\n

  • Farbe:<\/strong> Klares strohgelb mit einem leicht gr\u00fcnlichen Schimmer.<\/li>\n
  • Geruch:<\/strong>In der Nase \u00fcberzeugt der klassische Wei\u00dfburgunder durch frische Apfelnoten im Zusammenspiel mit Aromen von Stachelbeeren und Limetten. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch kr\u00e4utrige Komponenten wie Kamille und Zitronengras.<\/li>\n
  • Geschmack:<\/strong> Kraft und Spannung beschreiben den klassischen Wei\u00dfburgunder, der sich am Gaumen durch das Aroma von Birnen und Quitten fruchtig aber auch mineralisch-salzig zeigt. Er t\u00e4nzelt f\u00f6rmlich auf der Zunge und \u00fcberzeugt durch seine gute Persistenz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
