Gaja ist heute ein Weingut, das allein im Piemont fast 100 Hektar kontrollierte Weinberge in Eigenbesitz z\u00e4hlt. Das Weingut Gaja wurde 1859 in Barbaresco, im Herzen der Langhe<\/a>, gegr\u00fcndet und gilt seit jeher als eines der symboltr\u00e4chtigen Namen in der Produktion von Barbaresco. <\/p>\n

Vom Gr\u00fcnder Giovanni bis zu Angelo Gaja hat diese Familie stets nach Qualit\u00e4t gestrebt. Das Piemont ist eine der berufensten Regionen f\u00fcr die Produktion gro\u00dfer Weine. Hier nimmt der Nebbiolo oft poetische Z\u00fcge an. <\/p>\n

Angelo Gaja hatte in den 60er Jahren das Verdienst, die Traditionen zu erneuern. Dies bedeutete die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Techniken wie die Reduzierung des Ertrags pro Hektar, eine bessere Kontrolle der G\u00e4rtemperatur, einen sorgf\u00e4ltigen Einsatz des Barriques, die Verwendung l\u00e4ngerer Korken.
\nSo verstand es Gaja, mit der Zeit zu gehen, ohne in den Fehler zu verfallen, in der Tradition zu erstarren. Ein Erfolg also, der mit Intelligenz und Intuition aufgebaut, von der Strenge und den Opfern der Vorg\u00e4nger geerbt und in den letzten Jahrzehnten dank der hervorragenden F\u00fchrung von Angelo entwickelt und gefestigt wurde. <\/p>\n

Gaja hat um sich herum das Image einer starken und unverzichtbaren Marke aufgebaut, Symbol f\u00fcr die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Barbaresco und eines Weins, der die Poesie seines Terroirs im Glas zu erz\u00e4hlen wei\u00df.<\/p>\n

Der Sito Moresco von Gaja ist ein Rotwein aus Nebbiolo-, Barbera- und Merlot-Trauben, die ihm Eleganz, Frische und Geschmeidigkeit verleihen.<\/p>\n

Ausbau<\/h3>\n

Mindestens 12 Monate in Edelstahlbeh\u00e4ltern, bevor er abgef\u00fcllt wird und seine Reifung einige Monate in der Flasche fortsetzt, bevor er endg\u00fcltig in den Handel kommt.<\/p>\n
