DAS WEINGUT ROAGNA<\/a><\/h2>\n

Das Weingut hat seinen Ursprung in Barbaresco.<\/b> <\/span>Seit der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 19. Jahrhunderts haben vier Generationen der Familie im Keller gearbeitet.<\/span> Einige Auszeichnungen des Urgro\u00dfvaters stammen aus dem fr\u00fchen 20. Jahrhundert.<\/span><\/p>\n

In der Geschichte von Don Michele Del Pero, Erzpriester von Barbaresco von 1889 bis 1935, wird von zwei Goldmedaillen berichtet: eine von der Weltausstellung im F\u00fcrstentum Monaco und die andere von der Weltausstellung in Chicago.<\/span><\/p>\n

Im Februar 1952 beschloss die Familie, das renommierte Weingut I Paglieri (Paj\u00e8<\/i>) in Barbaresco zu erwerben und wiederaufzubauen. Sp\u00e4ter, im Jahr 1978, wurde das Markenzeichen des Unternehmens, das heutige Logo des Weinguts, entworfen. <\/span><\/p>\n

1982 entstand aus der Inspiration des frischgebackenen Vaters die Opera Prima. 1989 erwarb das Unternehmen das historische Weingut La Pira in den Rocche<\/i> von Castiglione Falletto: Alfredos Traum war es, eine der bedeutendsten Lagen (\u201eCru\u201c) der Barolo-Zone zu besitzen. Seit 2001, nach Abschluss seines Studiums an der Weinbauschule in Alba, ist Luca im Betrieb t\u00e4tig. <\/span><\/p>\n

BARBARESCO<\/a> MONTEFICO VECCHIE VITI<\/h2>\n

Der Name Montefico leitet sich vom piemontesischen Dialekt (mont der fi) ab, mit dem fr\u00fcher die Weinparzellen bezeichnet wurden, und ist einer der historischen Weinberge des Dorfes Barbaresco.<\/em><\/p>\n

Im Nordwesten des Weinbaugebiets gelegen, verf\u00fcgt Montefico \u00fcber Kalkmergelb\u00f6den mit einem hohen Anteil an aktivem Kalk.<\/p>\n

Die Reben f\u00fcr diesen Wein sind \u00fcber 50 Jahre alt, also alte Reben<\/strong>, die ausschlie\u00dflich aus Massenselektion mit Stecklingen aus demselben Weinberg stammen.
\nDie Lese erfolgt im Oktober, meist an einem Vormittag, bei perfekter physiologischer Reife.<\/p>\n

Die Ernte erfolgt von Hand in kleinen Kisten.
\nVor der Vinifizierung durchlaufen die Trauben zwei manuelle Selektionen, um die perfekte Unversehrtheit der Fr\u00fcchte<\/strong> zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Die G\u00e4rung erfolgt ausschlie\u00dflich in Holzbottichen<\/strong> mittels eines G\u00e4ransatzes aus indigenen Hefen<\/strong> und dauert etwa zehn Tage. Anschlie\u00dfend wird die antike Mazerationstechnik des Untertauchens des Tresterhutes<\/strong> angewandt, die mindestens 2,5 Monate (70\u201390 Tage) dauert. <\/p>\n

Der Wein reift anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr etwa 5 Jahre in neutralen Eichenf\u00e4ssern.
\nDie Produktion ist mit etwa tausend Flaschen pro Jahrgang streng limitiert.
