Geschichte<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Die Pira, eine alte Familie von Winzern – in den Pfarrregistern seit dem siebzehnten Jahrhundert erw\u00e4hnt – wurde Weinproduzenten in den Jahren zwischen dem Ende des neunzehnten und dem Anfang des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts.<\/p>\n

Gigi Pira, der legend\u00e4re Exponent der alten Produzentenschule, schuf seine Weine, indem er die Trauben aus seinen Parzellen der Cannubi, San Lorenzo und Via Nuova zusammenstellte und behauptete, dass, wie die K\u00fche auf den besten Weiden grasen, um die beste Milch zu produzieren, mit Wein funktioniert es auf die gleiche Weise.<\/p>\n

Doch Piras Verbundenheit mit der Tradition blieb damit nicht stehen: Er war in der Tat der letzte verbliebene Weinbrecher, der ohne die Hilfe irgendwelcher technischen Mittel mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen und der Produktion presste.<\/p>\n

Seit 1980 garantiert Chiara Boschis die Kontinuit\u00e4t, die nach einem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften ihrer Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Wein und ihrer Welt, die sich um dieses „kleine gro\u00dfe Haus“ k\u00fcmmert, nachgeht.<\/p>\n

Chiara hat einen Hauch von Erneuerung in den Keller und in den Produktionsstil gebracht.<\/p>\n

Die Arbeit im Weinberg, streng manuell, erfolgt mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt und Respekt f\u00fcr die Umwelt, nach einem integrierten Kontrollsystem und seit 2011 in der biologischen Umwandlung.<\/p>\n

Die Produktion ist daher sehr begrenzt (etwa 25 Tausend Flaschen pro Jahr) und ist daher ausschlie\u00dflich mit den Weinbergen verbunden.<\/p>\n

Seit 2010 wird Chiara von ihrem Bruder Giorgio begleitet, der mit ihr die gro\u00dfe Leidenschaft f\u00fcr die Arbeit im Weinberg und im Keller teilt.<\/p>\n

Die Weinberge<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Das Piemont hat eine besondere tektonische Evolution. Sein Boden, vor allem in einigen Gebieten, in der Terti\u00e4rzeit sah die Ablagerung und Sedimentation von kalk-toeigen Mergel mit Sandsteinen durchsetzt.
\nLanga, ein h\u00fcgeliges System in der Provinz Cuneo, zwischen der Ebene und den Seealpen, genie\u00dft auch ein besonderes Mikroklima, das in der Lage ist, den Trauben Eigenschaften von Exzellenz zu verleihen.
