Mein Gro\u00dfvater Nazzareno achtete beim Waschen seines Gesichts sehr darauf, nicht einen einzigen Tropfen Wasser zu schlucken, denn seit seiner Jugend war die einzige Fl\u00fcssigkeit, die er zu sich nahm, Wein, nur Wein, Bauernwein, den er selbst herstellte, in Zeiten ohne professionelle \u00d6nologen.<\/em>
\nAuch mein anderer Gro\u00dfvater Giuseppe stellte seinen Wein selbst her und mein Vater Gaspare stand ihm in nichts nach. H\u00e4tte ich die Tradition unterbrechen k\u00f6nnen? Niemals!<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So antwortet Valter Mattoni<\/strong> denen, die ihn fragen, warum er so viel Zeit eingeschlossen im Keller verbringt, gefangen von seiner kleinen und leidenschaftlichen Produktion.<\/p>\n

Die Geschichte<\/strong><\/h3>\n

„Im Jahr 2000 entsteht Arshura<\/strong>, ein magisches Wort, das auf einen urzeitlichen Durst verweist, wie die Leidenschaft von Valters Familie.
\nArshura<\/strong> entsteht aus sortenreinen Montepulciano-Trauben in einer der berufensten Weinregionen der Marken, im Herzen Italiens, auf den sanften H\u00fcgeln von Ascoli, dreihundert Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel, der sich am Horizont abzeichnet, auf lehmigen und alluvialen B\u00f6den.<\/p>\n

Valter hingegen wird 1960 in Castorano geboren. Sein Spitzname ist Roccia<\/strong> und sein Beruf ist Dekorateur. Es ist bekannt, dass Roccia<\/strong> auch von anderen Leidenschaften gefangen ist, wie alten Dingen und Motorr\u00e4dern, aber wir sch\u00e4tzen ihn vor allem f\u00fcr seine viertausend Flaschen Arshura. Klar.“ <\/p>\n

Das Weingut Valter Mattoni<\/strong> wurde in den Weinf\u00fchrer von Quattrocalici<\/i><\/strong> aufgenommen, weil es eine der bedeutendsten Weinrealit\u00e4ten der Provinz Ascoli Piceno<\/strong> ist.<\/p>\n

MONTEPULCIANO ARSHURA<\/h2>\n

Dieser Wein entsteht aus sortenreinen Montepulciano-Trauben in einer der berufensten Regionen der Marken, im Herzen Italiens, auf den sanften H\u00fcgeln von Ascoli, dreihundert Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel.<\/p>\n

Die Reben haben ein Durchschnittsalter von etwa 35 Jahren auf lehmigem Untergrund.<\/p>\n

Das Endergebnis ist ein reichhaltiges und k\u00f6rperreiches Produkt, das sich gut zur Reifung eignet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
