{"id":10617,"date":"2017-05-04T10:53:19","date_gmt":"2017-05-04T08:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/de\/produkt\/barolo-chinato-cappellano-giuseppe\/"},"modified":"2026-10-13T06:13:28","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T04:13:28","slug":"barolo-chinato-cappellano-giuseppe","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/de\/produkt\/barolo-chinato-cappellano-giuseppe\/","title":{"rendered":"Barolo Chinato Cappellano"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><a href=\"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/categoria-prodotto\/vini-rossi\/barolo\/\">Barolo<\/a> Chinato Cappellano<\/h1>\n<p>Der Barolo Chinato von Cappellano entsteht aus Barolo-Wein, der nach mehrj\u00e4hriger Reifung mit verschiedenen Gew\u00fcrzen \u2013 wie der Rinde des Chinarindenbaums (*Cinchona calisaya*) sowie Rhabarber- und Enzianwurzel \u2013 aromatisiert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das vollst\u00e4ndige Rezept des Barolo Chinato wird vom Unternehmen jedoch nicht preisgegeben; dies unterstreicht die Familientradition, die es zu bewahren und \u00fcber die Jahre hinweg fortzuf\u00fchren gilt.<\/p>\n<h2>Das Weingut Cappellano Dr. Giuseppe<\/h2>\n<p>Die Geschichte des Weinguts Cappellano begann im Jahr 1870, als der Notar Filippo Cappellano \u2013 ein wohlhabender Grundbesitzer aus der Gegend von Alba \u2013<\/p>\n<p>das Weingut gr\u00fcndete und dabei einen Besitz von 60 Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che zusammenf\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n<p>Nach seinem Tod folgten ihm zun\u00e4chst sein Sohn Giovanni (\u00d6nologe) und anschlie\u00dfend Giuseppe (Apotheker) nach.<\/p>\n<p>Ersterer zeichnete sich durch gro\u00dfe Fachkompetenz und unternehmerischen Geist aus,<\/p>\n<p>w\u00e4hrend Letzterer zun\u00e4chst Traubengelees und sp\u00e4ter den Barolo Chinato erfand \u2013 ein Produkt, das bis heute als ein Denkmal der italienischen Weinkultur gilt.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Giuseppes Tod im Jahr 1955 wurde der umfangreiche Familienbesitz aufgeteilt und zerstreut.<\/p>\n<p>Erst Ende der 1960er Jahre kehrte Teobaldo Cappellano \u2013 geboren und aufgewachsen in Eritrea \u2013 nach Serralunga zur\u00fcck. Mit Mut und unter gro\u00dfen Opfern beschloss er, die Marke Cappellano zur\u00fcckzugewinnen und das Weingut wiederaufzubauen, wobei ihm lediglich 5 Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che zur Verf\u00fcgung standen.<\/p>\n<p>Als Anarchist, Tr\u00e4umer und Nonkonformist gelang es Teobaldo unter gro\u00dfen Entbehrungen, den Ruf des Namens Cappellano wiederherzustellen, indem er auf kleine Produktionsmengen und h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t setzte.<\/p>\n<p>Heute f\u00fchrt sein Sohn Augusto \u2013 Vertreter der f\u00fcnften Familiengeneration \u2013 diese ruhmreiche Tradition fort, gepr\u00e4gt von Leidenschaft, Fachkompetenz sowie Respekt vor der Familientradition und dem Terroir. Barolo Chinato<\/p>\n<h2>Der Barolo Chinato<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 das Aush\u00e4ngeschild des Weinguts<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 verzaubert und begeistert jeden, der ihn probiert. Er wird nach einem streng geh\u00fcteten Geheimrezept hergestellt: Dem Barolo werden Gew\u00fcrze in meisterhaft abgestimmten Mengen beigef\u00fcgt, die diesen Wein bis heute unverwechselbar machen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Sortiment geh\u00f6ren zudem typische Weine der Region (Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto).<\/p>\n<p>Der Familientradition folgend verzichtet Augusto auf Herbizide und chemische Mittel; er setzt stattdessen auf \u00f6kologischen Anbau aus Respekt vor Natur und Landschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Der Barolo Chinato und die anderen Weine des Weinguts Cappellano sind nicht in Weinf\u00fchrern vertreten \u2013 eine bewusste Entscheidung von Augusto.
